Who we are

Class-A Property Maintenance is a veteran-owned, family-operated cleaning business founded by Bryan and Kelly Polin — built on faith, service, and good old-fashioned American work ethic.

Bryan is a combat veteran and former Airborne Paratrooper of the United States Army, and he currently serves as Senior Pastor of a local church in the Spartanburg area. Kelly served her community as a Certified Athletic Trainer for many years at the high school level, helping kids pursue their dreams with their safety and health in mind. Bryan and Kelly have five children from 13 down to 1 year old!

Military service taught Bryan the importance of discipline, accountability, and mission-first thinking. Kelly’s sports medicine background gives her experience with clinic-level cleanliness and attention to detail. Ministry reminds both Bryan and Kelly of the importance of compassion, humility, and doing all things to the glory of God. Class-A Property Maintenance is where all these qualities meet!
